A number of medical conditions makes on more vulnerable to serious illness if one contracts Covid-19.
If you have any of the following conditions you must inform your employer that you are at greater vulnerability with regard to Covid-19 infection. You should discuss measures with your employer that may be taken to reduce the chance that you contract Covid-19.
Information on employee vulnerability is required by the National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH). Employers have to advise the NIOH as to employee vulnerability. This information is communicated to the NIOH. However, no diagnoses are recorded or disclosed.
